Return and Exchange Policy

At Isha Saini Designs, we want you to love what you wear! While we do not offer returns or refunds, we are happy to provide an exchange under the following conditions:

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only for size issues or defective/damaged products.

You can request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.

To be eligible for an exchange due to damage or defect, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the package being opened from the start, without any cuts or edits. This helps us ensure transparency and process your request smoothly. Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process claims for damaged or incorrect items.

How to Request an Exchange

Email us at ishasainidesigns@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8112248161 with your order ID and reason for exchange.

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the item back.

After we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch the new size/design (as per availability).

Exchange Not Applicable For

Products purchased during sale or discount offers.

Custom-made or personalized items.

Items returned in a used, damaged, or washed condition.

Shipping Charges

In case of size exchanges, a shipping fee may apply for the reverse and re-shipping process.

If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the shipping charges.
